The fine sand recovery device is mainly suitable for large-diameter pile foundations, non excavation construction, and anti-seepage wall projects (such as sand making slurry, pile driving slurry, and mine tailings slurry) that adopt mud wall fixation and cyclic drilling technology in modern foundation engineering construction. By thoroughly purifying the mud, it is beneficial to control the performance indicators of the mud, reduce drilling accidents, and improve the quality of drilling.

Principle:

The equipment consists of components such as a motor, wear-resistant pump, mortar concentrator, linear dewatering screen cleaning tank, and reaction box. Mud water flows into the cleaning tank and is sent to the concentrator through a wear-resistant pump. The concentrator separates sewage and sand, and the sand is sent to the dewatering screen through the nozzle. After dewatering, it is sent to the conveyor belt. The sewage returns to the reaction tank and is diverted into the cleaning tank, with the excess part leaking out.
